7/27/04 Update: The response to this site has been fantastic! I've received several very interesting urban legends and I plan on adding them to my updates. Thanks to all of you who have expressed interest in the site, and if you sent me a story, keep your eyes peeled for it.

helps you to keep track of these stories, which are usually more amusing
than simple truth. We hate to let facts get in the way of a good
conversation!
This
website is a personal endeavor and is still in the formative stages.
My intent is to add three new Urban Myths each and every week once
the website is fully operational. By doing this I'll also build up
the archive as we go. At this point it looks like the site should
be ready for the full launch by the end of May or early June.
Until then, the site won't be updated and will only feature the
stories already posted.
